The Race, Ethnicity, And Culture in Health and Gender and Sexuality (REACH/ GS) Committee strives to educate its members and empower minorities in medicine by discussing sensitive topics regarding race, ethnicity, culture, gender, and sexuality with intention, involvement, and impact. REACH G/S has the opportunity to develop and lead general AMSA meetings to share and discuss topics we have learned. Within the committee, the chair will encourage committee members to come up with projects to educate or help the community as well as give committee members opportunities to lead portions of our meetings themselves and give presentations where they discuss topics they have researched.

The REACH/GS committee is no longer accepting applications for Fall 2021.
